My Deeper is a personal account that will allow you to get the most from Deeper’ s range of products and services.
Registering an account is absolutely free, and is mandatory in order to use the Fish Deeper app. You cannot use the Fish Deeper app without an account.
Here are the benefits of having an in-app account:
- You will be able to use unique Fish Deeper mobile and web application features
- Your Deeper Sonar device will be linked with your account. In the unfortunate case of your Deeper Sonar going missing or being stolen, we can attempt to track your Deeper device and possibly recover it.
- Having an account allows you to synchronize bathymetric maps, scans and point of interests with our secured cloud services. In case you switch your smartphone or tablet, you still get to keep all your data on the new device.
- Unlimited cloud space for your bathymetric maps, scans and other data.
How to create your My Deeper account
You can create an account in the Deeper App. You can register using your email, Google or Facebook. You can also register on the My Deeper page on our website (https://deepersonar.com) - follow the onscreen instructions to set up your account.
How to change your password
You can change your password on the My Deeper page on our website (https://deepersonar.com). Click on My Profile > Manage Account, and you will find the Change Password box on the bottom of the page.
What to do if you do not receive a verification or password reset email
When you register or reset your password, you should receive an email. You will need this email to complete your registration or password change. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/trash folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team at support@deeper.eu
How to delete your account
If you would like to delete your Deeper account, please go to the Fish Deeper app. In the menu on the left side of the screen, choose Account & Agreements and click Delete Account. Then, authenticate with your log-in details or social media account (this is needed for security reasons).
ⓘ Deleting the account is non-reversable, all your data will be deleted with it.
