Installing the Deeper App

- Open App Store (https://apps.apple.com/en/app/fish-deeper/id1483380086) or Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.deeper.fishdeeper&hl=en&gl=US) on your smartphone or tablet, and search for Fish Deeper. - Download and Install the Fish Deeper app. ⓘ FishDeeper app works on a wide range of devices that use iOS or Android operating systems. My Deeper

My Deeper is a personal account that will allow you to get the most from Deeper’ s range of products and services. Registering an account is absolutely free, and is mandatory in order to use the Fish Deeper app. You cannot use the Fish Deeper app without an account. In the top right corner, you will find the Status Bar. Status Bar shows the most essential information from left to right: status of your Deeper sonar, time, battery life and so on. Sonar settings

Sonar settings can be accessed by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner. This will open a menu with all available settings for your model of Deeper sonar. You can close the menu at any time by sliding it to the right. Fishing mode lets you choose between different fishing modes: Onshore, Boat, Ice fishing, Bait Boat, Show Scan Only, Scan Only (without GPS). This setting is not available for Deeper START. Other settings

Connection and playback

In order to connect to your Deeper sonar, please do the following: - Put your Deeper Sonar in the water close to the shore, up to 5 meters / 16 feet from your smartphone. - Go to the Wi-Fi connections (settings) of your smartphone. History stores all your recorded scans. It can store an unlimited amount of data. Every recording can be scrolled through from beginning to end. Measuring distance from smartphone to sonar

It is possible to view distance from the smartphone to the sonar with the Deeper PRO+2, CHIRP+ or CHIRP+2 models. This setting can be enabled when your sonar is set to Bait Boat or On-shore fishing mode.
