Constant red LED light when charging, what to do? (Deeper 3.0 / PRO / PRO+ / CHIRP)

If the Deeper started emitting the constant red LED light when it's connected (or not) to the charger, it most likely means that the Deeper has some hardware issues and needs servicing.
However, in some very rare situations, it might be caused due to:

1. Using improper charging cables

Therefore, in order to reproduce this, please try using the different (other) chargers including the wall-charger of your smartphone/tablet and see if the device starts charging, thus, emitting any color of LED light.  If it starts blinking the orange LED light, it means that the cause was the charging cable and the Deeper started charging. Deeper can only be charged by a micro USB type B cable.

2. The device being brand new

Sometimes, it happens that Deeper stays stored before it's purchased for few months. That normally deteriorates the Lithium battery, which causes it to emit the red LED light. However, in that case, you don't have to worry. You simply have to initiate the first charge and then it will work fine. To do so, please try using the different (other) chargers including the wall-charger of your smartphone/tablet and see if the device starts charging, thus, emitting any other color of LED light than red.

Simply connecting and disconnecting the same charging cable few times helps as well.
