Deeper 3.0 (Bluetooth) does not connect to the phone or tablet

This issue might sometimes occur due to the hardware problem of the Deeper or it can just be either phone or user related error. 

First of all, to investigate it properly, please carry the following tests out:


1. Please connect the Deeper to the charger at home and then try to connect to the unit using your smartphone. Make sure you have the Bluetooth activated in your phone See if Bluetooth hotspot of Deeper available/discovered and if so if you have you been able to connect to it. 


2. After the first test, if it was successful, please screw the top cover of the Deeper tightly (align Water and Proof signs vertically), make sure the charge level is 50%+ and put the Deeper into the bowl filled with water. Then, standing nearby try to connect to it with your smartphone. Check again if Bluetooth hotspot of Deeper available/discovered and if so if you have you been able to connect to it

Results:

a. If you saw an available Bluetooth hotspot and If you succeed to connect to Deeper in each of the tests, it means that your Deeper is working well. Just in case, please make sure to keep the connection alive for 5+ minutes to test the stability.

b. If in case of the first test the connection worked well, but it didn't work in the second one, please try to clean the water sensors wi a rough sponge and repeat the second test. 

c. In case none of the tests worked and you couldn't get a Bluetooth hotspot from the Deeper, it might indicate that the device is having the hardware issues and you should contact our customer support team for the further investigation.
