Deeper Spark Remote Controller Features

 

In this article, you will learn the layout of the Deeper Spark Remote Controller, including its buttons, indicators, LED meanings and charging status. 

Controller Buttons and Indicators
 

Front Side Controls 

  1. Hopper Button. Opens the Spark hopper to release bait or rig. 

  1. Autopilot Status Light. Shows Autopilot, GPS, and emergency status. 

  1. Boat Connection Status Light. Shows the connection status with the Deeper Spark boat. 

  1. Boat Battery Status Light. Displays the battery level of the Deeper Spark boat. 

  1. Controller Battery Status Light. Displays the battery level of the Remote Controller. 

  1. Mark a Spot “B” Button. Saves the current boat location as a Mark (spot) on the map. 

  1. Stealth Mode “A” Button. Activates Stealth mode. 


Main Control Area 

  • Joystick. Used for manual navigation and steering of the boat. Any manual input will override automated actions (e.g., Autopilot or Go Straight). 


Rear and Side Controls 

  1. Antenna. Helps maintain communication between the Remote Controller and the Deeper Spark. 

  1. On/Off Button. Powers the Remote Controller on or off. 


Other Components 

  1. Belt Attachment Hole. Used to attach the controller to a belt or strap. 

  1. Adapter Fixing Hole. Mounting point for accessories (e.g., phone holder). 

  1. Charging Cable. Used to charge the Remote Controller. 


Setup and Pairing 

Follow these steps to connect the Spark boat, Remote Controller, and Fish Deeper app.

Turn on your Deeper Spark boat.

Turn on the Deeper Spark Remote Controller. 

3 

Press and hold the B button for 5 seconds to pair the controller with the Spark boat. 

4 

Open your smartphone Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Deeper Spark XXXX network. 

5 

Return to the Fish Deeper app. 

It is normal if your phone shows that the Deeper Spark Wi-Fi network has no internet connection. 

The Remote Controller is sold separately as an accessory. 


Control Range 

Deeper Spark is designed to be controlled directly through the Fish Deeper app. The optional Remote Controller extends the operating range. 

 
For best connection stability, keep your smartphone or Remote Controller (if you're using one) at least 1.2 m (4 ft) above the water surface. 


Controller LED Indicators 

The Deeper Spark Remote Controller uses LED indicators to display Autopilot status, connection status, boat battery level, and controller battery level.

During charging, the battery LEDs blink to show that charging is active. 

Hopper Release Confirmation 

 

When the hopper is successfully opened using the Remote Controller, the corresponding LEDs on both the Spark boat and the Remote Controller blink green 2 times to confirm the action.
