Make sure, that the “Water” and “Proof” signs align when you screw the top cover on. Do not screw the top cover with excessive force. Do not forcefully screw the cover any further after the “Waterproof” marks are aligned. Here’s an animation that shows how it’s done:

How to correctly charge my Deeper? (START)

Connect your Deeper Sonar to a USB power source using the cable included. For charging, please use a standard smartphone or tablet charger or connect the cable to your personal computer or the USB outlet of another device (outlets must meet USB standards and have a voltage level of 5V).

Yes, if you’re not using Deeper for a prolonged time, you should keep its battery charged at least once every 6 months. If you’ll store your Deeper with an empty battery – it can cause issues with the battery in a long run.

How do I reach the maximum possible connection range with my Deeper?

1. Make sure that you disable the “Mobile Internet”, and also a function in the “Wi-Fi settings” of your device, that depending on the model of your device can be named: Wi-Fi Assist (iOS). Smart Network Switch / Adaptive Wi-Fi / Auto Network Switch or Wi-Fi+ (Android). 2. Disable any VPN or Antivirus programs, as they can negatively affect the connection quality. 3. How to upload my personal scanning sessions into the Cloud?

Before proceeding with the upload, please ensure that your smartphone/tablet is connected to a stable internet network. 1. Open “History” tab on the app. 2. Hit the icon on the top right of the screen. 3. Tap on "Upload all to Cloud". 4. Wait until the Cloud icon next to the scanning session becomes marked.
