1. Make sure that you disable the “Mobile Internet”, and also a function in the “Wi-Fi settings” of your device, that depending on the model of your device can be named: Wi-Fi Assist (iOS). Smart Network Switch / Adaptive Wi-Fi / Auto Network Switch or Wi-Fi+ (Android).
2. Disable any VPN or Antivirus programs, as they can negatively affect the connection quality.
3. Make sure that you hold your smartphone at the recommended height: 1.3 meters/4.2 feet.
