1. Can I Use Deeper Quest or Deeper Spark with My Existing Fish Deeper Account? 

Yes, you can use Deeper Quest or Deeper Spark with the same Fish Deeper account that you use for your Deeper sonar or Maps+ subscription. 

With the same account, you can: 

  • Access your previous sonar depth maps and scans 

  • Access your saved Marks and Catches 

  • View and use Maps+ (Premium) maps if your account has access to them 

  • Manage all your Deeper devices in one place 

 
2. What Is the Maximum Range? 
 
Deeper Quest 

Deeper Quest supports a range of up to 400 m (1,312 ft) for: 

  • Manual control 

  • Autopilot 

  • Sonar operation 

A range extender is not required, as: 

  • The Remote Controller already includes a powerful built-in antenna 

  • The communication system is optimized for long-range performance 

 
Deeper Spark 

Deeper Spark is designed to be controlled directly through the Fish Deeper app.

3. Can I Combine the Two Main Hoppers of Deeper Quest into One? 
 
Yes, the two main hoppers of Deeper Quest can be combined into a single larger compartment. 

How to do it 

  1. Unscrew the handle holding the internal divider. 

  1. Remove the plastic wall separating the hoppers. 

  1. Screw the handle back into place. 

This allows you to use one large hopper for greater bait capacity. 

Deeper Spark includes a single hopper which cannot be modified. 

4. How Many GPS Points Can Be Stored for Quest or Spark? 

There is no practical limit to the number of points you can save in the Fish Deeper app. 

You can: 

  • Save unlimited Marks or Catches (points of interest) 

  • Navigate to any saved point using Autopilot 

  • Create routes with up to 999 waypoints 

  • Select areas for automatic scanning and depth map creation 

 

5. What Is Active-Vent (Ventilation System) and How Does It Work? 

 
Deeper Quest and Deeper Spark feature a built-in Active-Vent ventilation system designed to remove internal moisture. 

  • It activates automatically when the device is connected to a charger 

  • It helps reduce humidity inside the device 

  • It cannot be turned on or off manually  


6. Do I Need a Maps+ Subscription to Use Deeper Quest or Deeper Spark? 

No, a Maps+ subscription is not required to use Deeper Quest, Deeper Spark, or any of their features. 

With Deeper Quest, you can: 

  • Create your own 2D and 3D depth maps 

  • Use sonar scanning and Autopilot features 

  • Save spots, routes, and scanning sessions without any subscription 

With Deeper Spark, you can:

7. Where Can I Buy Spare Parts and Accessories? 
 
Original Deeper Quest and Spark spare parts and replacement components can be purchased directly from the official Deeper web store. 

Available Deeper bait boat spare parts include: 

  • Spare batteries and Remote Controller 

  • Replacement antennas 

  • Propellers 

  • Hopper hinges 

  • Charging cables and adapters 

  • Other maintenance and replacement parts 
     

Deeper Spark spare parts are not available in a separate spare parts store at the moment. However, Deeper Spark accessories, including the optional Spark Remote Controller and Spark Backpack, can be found in the general Deeper accessories store together with other Deeper accessories. 

We recommend using only genuine Deeper accessories and spare parts to ensure full compatibility and reliability.
