This article explains how the warranty and repair service process works for your Deeper Quest and related accessories, including what to expect, how to submit a claim, and what happens after your device is received for service. 

Warranty Overview 

The Deeper Quest is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. 

In the unlikely event of a technical issue, you can: 

  • Contact Deeper Customer Support via 24/7 chat support 

 
Important: For warranty service, always contact Deeper directly. There is no need to contact the shop, reseller, or point of sale where the device was purchased. 

If warranty service is required: 

  • Deeper will arrange free shipping of your device directly to Deeper Headquarters 

  • You will communicate directly with the Deeper support and technical team throughout the process 

  • The entire warranty process typically takes up to 3 weeks, including shipping time 


What the Warranty Covers 

The warranty covers: 

  • Manufacturing defects 

  • Faults in materials or workmanship 

  • Technical failures under normal use conditions 

If your device develops a fault during the warranty period, it may be repaired or replaced after evaluation.

How to Submit a Warranty or Repair Request 

1. Contact Deeper Support 

Contact Deeper Customer Care and describe the issue you are experiencing. 

 
2. Prepare Required Information 

You may be asked to provide: 

  • Device serial number 

  • Purchase date 

  • Description of the issue 

  • Photos or videos demonstrating the problem 

 
3. Follow Troubleshooting Instructions 

Our support team may guide you through troubleshooting steps before arranging service. 

If repair or inspection is required, you will receive: 

  • Shipping instructions 

  • Return authorization details 

 

What Happens After Sending the Device 

Device Evaluation 

Once your device arrives at Deeper Headquarters, it will be inspected by our technical team. 

Repair or Replacement 

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, repair or replacement will be performed free of charge 

  • If the issue is not covered or the warranty has expired, you will receive a repair or replacement quote before any paid work is performed 


Return Shipping 

After service is completed, the device will be shipped back to your provided address. 

What Is Not Covered by Warranty 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • Accidental physical damage 

  • Improper use or misuse 

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs 

  • Water damage caused by improperly closed compartments or battery covers 

  • Damage caused by unofficial accessories or improper charging equipment 

 

Out-of-Warranty Repairs 

Deeper also offers paid repair services after the 2-year warranty period has ended, or in cases where the warranty is void due to physical or water damage. 

The post-warranty repair service includes: 

  • Full technical diagnostics of the Deeper Quest and remote controller 

  • Electronic repairs, if technically feasible 

  • Restoration or replacement of damaged external parts, if technically feasible 

  • Full cleaning and inspection of the device 

  • Shipping to and from the Deeper repair facility 

After receiving the device, our technical team performs a full evaluation and determines whether the Quest can be restored to full functionality. 

Important: 

  • Repair charges apply only after the repair process is completed successfully 

  • If the device cannot be repaired to full working condition, a replacement option may be offered instead 

  • Repaired devices receive a separate post-repair warranty
